The High Point of the Kanwarias....

On reaching the Ghat of Haridwar, each group reaches its crescendo and with Bol Bum, Har Har Mahadev, Bholenath Chants the atmosphere changes from exhaustion to fresh vigor. The people take dip in the holy Ganges and fill up the bottles that they have carried from their villages and prepare for the trip to various temple of their places and some prepare for the another long and arduous journey towards the Great Kedar Nath Mountains of Himalaya. I took my own route from here and left the group to walk towards Neel Kanth baba 55 Kms away from Haridwar.
